Phase I
The Assessment and Opportunities Phase
Quality, production, on-time delivery and most importantly,
the bottom line are all impacted through the overall
environment and culture of your organization. During Phase
I, LEP is able to obtain valuable insight into your current
issues, concerns and conditions by evaluating your people,
machines and materials. Discovering opportunity for
improvement is the essence of the analysis process. Our
clients are delighted to learn that we are typically able to
address up to fifteen immediate opportunities to reduce
waste and secure operating efficiencies.

Phase II
The Design Phase
This phase generally lasts two to three weeks duration. LEP
works hand in hand with the client to develop metrics and
set improvement standards. The client will receive a
detailed prospectus of current conditions of the company and
an analysis that addresses top opportunities for improvement
with a custom-tailored lean solution plan. It will also
include a definite engagement schedule of design,
development and implementation of lean modifiers, management
training and workshops, and a key event schedule that
monitors the projected savings from each event. And, as
always, you will receive our guarantee.
LEP does not implement any enhanced processes unless it is
deemed to have significant financial value to the Results
Delivery Phase and your bottom line.
Phase III
The Results Delivery Phase
You will find LEP to be an invaluable asset to your company.
We stake our reputation on producing dramatic results during
the Results Delivery Phase. We take pride in our hands-on
approach working at all levels, interacting daily with your
employees. We stay with our clients to ensure the solution
